• Distributor's cost for Weathered Stone™ is 40 percent off wholesale.
• Distributor's initial cost for territory is split so the investment amount is 40 percent investment on territory and 60 percent is placed in a pre-purchase account. All sales are deducted from this account.
• Distributor receives exclusive rights for the territory purchased.
• Distributor sells product to retailers at wholesale price and to retail clients at retail price.
• The distributor is an independent business with the right to use Weathered Stone™ logos and promotional materials under the guidelines of the agreement.
• The typical investment for a single county or small county group is $20,000 to $60,000. The investment amount is designed so the distributor will begin to see a profit within 6-12 months.
• The investment return for distributors that make their sales goal is 430 percent per year if all sales are retail with installation included.
